Saturday Worksheets – The Sun

I didn’t realize that I had skipped over the Sun in other worksheets for this series, I’m so sorry about that brethren! Here I’ve attached a worksheet for the Sun along with a maze. There is also some scriptural copy work. Of course, if there’s anything specific that you would like to have so homeschooling, Sunday school classes, or other lessons, please feel free to ask.

The Sun

Psalms113-3

There is also a wonderful diagram with more information here. You can also find some excellent videos here for creation science for youngsters. As always, beloved, be good Bereans and study to show yourselves approved.

  1. Thanks, sister, and praise the Lord for our stable Sun! It’s there every day giving us the proper amounts of heat and light and I take it for granted just like most of the Lord’s provisions.

    1. As do I, brother! I was really surprised to learn that the majority of starts out there similar to our Sun are volatile. They couldn’t sustain life, the shoot out solar storms that would wipe our atmosphere out instantaneously. No secular scientist has been able to figure out why we happen to have such a stable star, although I think the answer is obvious. It’s also fascinating to me that our Sun is also in the perfect place within our galaxy, if we were any closer into the center Earth would be bombarded by deadly particles from the center and we wouldn’t be able to survive. If the Sun was situated any further out in the galaxy we would be swinging violently and not be able to sustain life. We have the perfect Sun in the perfect place! Just amazing.
